Guidelines for talks
If you are one of the lucky ones who have been assigned a (live) talk, please note the following:
- All talks will be recorded. Please submit a signed copy of the Speaker Permission form, in case you want your talk to be published on Youtube. Without it, we cannot share the contribution on this platform.
- Also, at the time of the meeting, please share with us the slides of your contribution. They will be hosted on Zenodo, which will contain a link to the Youtube recording of your talk, if due permission is given. Your slides will receive a DOI and will be citable. Even in this case, the Speaker Permission form is to be submitted, in order for us to be able to upload your slides in Zenodo.
