The IT Service Desk uses TeamViewer to remotely connect to your machine, if you need to install it please visit the TeamViewer download page and install the that matches your current operating system for your computer (links below).
The IT support always contacts you prior to connecting your machine. If you think someone has connected to your machine and might not be part the ESO IT staff, please inform either David Bargna or John Lockhart as soon as possible.
