Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for participants*:

  • early bird registration : 300€ senior, 150€ students, 50€ remote
  • late registration : 350€ senior, 200€ students, 75€ remote

*The fee includes coffee breaks, lunches on full days and the social dinner.

 

Payment deadline: Early Bird September 5th

                            Late Registration September 30th

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment
  • Before paying the fee please fill the form: Registration
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.
