Conference Registration

There will be a registration fee for participating in the workshop.

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us by emailing the organisers at exo-elt@eso.org.

By filling out this form, you register to attend the ESO workshop "Planetary formation and Exoplanets in the ELT era" (aka "EXO-ELT"), from 17 to 21 November 2025 and sign up for the mailing list of participants of this workshop. For ESO to organise the conference, a set of personal data is required from each participant. Your personal data shall be processed only for the purposes of the conference organisation and shall not be used for any other purpose. In particular, ESO neither sells nor makes available in other ways personal data for accomodation bookings or other commercial purposes. Your data shall be kept as long as necessary for the conference organisation and shall be deleted afterwards.


The following data is collected for statistical purposes and shall be processed in an anonymised way.

Note for abstract submitters:

  • Priority in the selection process of this workshop will be given to talks from the ESO community. However, we warmly encourage all scientists to submit an abstract. Thank you for your understanding and interest. 
  • Only in-person posters will be accepted.
