ESOcast 77: Increspature misteriose si rincorrono nel disco di formazione planetaria
Usando le immagini catturate dal Very Large Telescope dell’ESO e dal telescopio spaziale Hubble della NASA/ESA, gli astronomi hanno scoperto alcune strutture uniche e del tutto inaspettate nel disco di polveri attorno alla stella AU Microscopii. Queste strutture a onda, fatte di polvere, si muovono rapidamente e sono diverse da qualsiasi altra struttura osservata, o persino predetta, finora.
